State-of-the-art Ribbon with Outstanding Soft Magnetic Properties

Foresee New Materials provides nanocrystalline ribbon for a broad range of soft magnetic applications. Nanocrystalline materials are valued for their high permeability, low coercivity, low magnetic loss, and suitability for high-frequency operation.
The ribbon can be further processed into wound cores and magnetic components for EMI suppression, current sensing, power conversion, and other demanding electrical applications.
• High magnetic permeability
• Low coercivity and core loss
• Thin ribbon structure for wound-core applications
• Stable soft-magnetic performance
• Suitable for high-frequency applications
• Applicable to EMI filtering, sensing, and power conversion

Why Thin?
Nanocrystalline deliver superior performance with reduced thickness. Halving the thickness cuts theoretical eddy current loss to one quarter, a 75% reduction. They are engineered specifically to suppress eddy current loss and boost magnetic performance at high frequencies.

Every Micron Matters.
Designed for high frequencies, thinner ribbons deliver superior high‑frequency efficiency. Reducing ribbon thickness shortens magnetic penetration distance, easing skin‑effect constraints and enabling fuller utilization of the magnetic material.
